SpiruP spaghetti with shrimp & cherry tomatoes

PREPARATION:1. Clean and cut in half the cherry tomatoes, clean the clove of garlic and mash it lightly. 2. In a large sauté pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil and fry the garlic until browned, then remove it and add the tomatoes. Season with salt and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. After this time, add the shrimps and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then turn off the heat. 3. Meanwhile, in another pot, bring abundant water to the boil and cook the SpiruP spaghetti; after 6/8 minutes, drain them and add them to the pan with the tomatoes and prawns and stirring occasionally for a couple of minutes 4. Serve, garnish each plate with two leaves of fresh basil and serve hot. Variants: |
