Spirulina Penne with Avocado Sauce

INGREDIENTS


125 g of SPIRUP penne
1 avocado
1 bunch of basil

1 handful peeled almonds (or pine nuts)
1 clove of garlic
1 tbs of lemon juice
6 cherry tomatoes (for garnish)

PREPARATION:

1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook
SpiruP Penne pasta for 7-9 minutes; drain well.

2. To take the avocado sauce, combine avocados with handful peeled almonds or pine nuts, basil, garlic and lemon juice in a bowl of food processor; season with salt and pepper to taste, add a little pasta cooking broth process until smooth and creamy.

3. Add the avocado sauce to the penne,
stir to blend well or heat over low heat until desired temperature.

4. Top with cherry tomatoes. Best to serve immediately

Variants:
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan or
chopped cashew nuts, to tastes.
