Spirulina Fettuccine with clams and zucchini

INGREDIENTS


125 g of SPIRUP fettuccine
500 g of clams
150 g of zucchini
1/2 dl dry white wine
2 tomatoes
1 shallot
garlic, parsley, chili pepper, olive oil, salt

PREPARATION:

1. In a pan without any seasoning, leave the clams open on high flame. It will take 10-15 minutes. Turn off the flame, remove the clamsthat have not opened and keep the clams left aside. In a saucepan , heat three tablespoons of oil, season the chopped shallot, th whole garlic and half a chili pepper.

2. Eliminate the garlic, put the shellfish, sliced courgettes and chopped parsley. Cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the wine, let evaporate.

3. Add the diced, salted and coocked tomatoes. Boil the SPIRUP fettuccine for 9-11 minutes and season in the pan with zucchini and clams.

4. Transfer the fettuccineto the clams and zucchini well seasoned, on the serving dish and serve on the table.
